Shamanic Medicine Wheel, Serpent - South Direction 2nd and 3rd June 2018

Sachamamma

Held over four separate weekends over one year, the Medicine Wheel is an initiation process handed down from the High Andes and the Q’ero nation that helps us to honour ourselves, as well as our friends, our families and our communities with all the light available to us. It is a beautiful and powerful journey around the four cardinal directions with the archetypes (see attached info for more details).
This course honours our right as human beings to speak, write, hear and know the truth of our becoming. It will help us to see that death (or a transition) is an opportunity to grow on every level. This organizing principle helps us to see clearly through the darkness to find our way step by step as we listen to ourselves and to our unseen guides. We will help you to set your intention to clear all limiting behaviours and self-beliefs that hold you back from walking with beauty.
You will create a medicine bundle or Mesa of stones that you will be able to use on your journey to discover your hidden treasure, your true self.
Details about each weekend will be sent out nearer the time to those interested but the core tools we will be working with around the wheel will be: working as a circle, hucha (heaviness) release and calling in sami (light) to replace this, sand paintings, fire ceremony, shamanic journeying, experiential and creative exercises, dreaming our world into being, energetic tracking skills, a deep connection to Nature, Munay Ki rites, mini death rites.
Here is a general picture of what to expect in the South direction:

In this workshop we learn about our connection to our true self, to Mother Earth and about walking softly on Planet Earth. We learn how to make deep, intuitive and energetic connections with Nature and begin to understand what it means to be part of the Living Cosmos. We will work with whatever is holding us back from recognizing our own divine truth and beauty about ourselves.
The way of the South is the first workshop in a series of four, where you will start building our Mesa’s or medicine bundles. These workshops are intended to inspire you to weave a shamanic way of being into your daily life. You will learn different ceremonies that you can go on to practice at home or with others and you will be given tools that can help you to shift any blockage in your path.

Shamanic Medicine Wheel, Jaguar - West Direction, 27th and 28th October 2018

Jaguar

In this workshop we learn how to track to the root of our deepest fears and to treat ourselves compassionately in the process. In these dark and fearful places lie our greatest treasures, the core part of ourselves that are the seeds of our authentic power.

We will be asking ourselves the question ‘What are we truly made of?’ We will be doing shadow work and learning tracking skills. This is a good direction to release any emotional blocks, to do with creativity, relationship or family patterns. We will learn practical ways of mulching any heaviness into the earth.
